Atlas Universal LS slitter rewinder
ATLAS is the world leader in advanced slitter rewinders for high volume production of labelstock, including paper/paper, paper/film and film/film combinations. This includes 2m wide machines, together with other systems for smaller manufacturers and printing converters. The Universal LS machine is a centre-surface individual arm slitter rewinder with linear tracking on rewind beams. It includes Atlas technology for unique rewinding of filmic/synthetic material as low as 60 micron, at speeds up to 750 m/min (2460ft/min) with rewind diameters up to 1250 mm (49 in). Automation systems reduce machine downtime for changeovers. Bespoke solutions are available to meet customers’ specific production requirements.
