MPS to show three press lines at Labelexpo Americas
MPS will show new versions of its EC and EF press lines at Labelexpo Americas in
The redesign of the EC and EF presses focused on reducing press set-up time and job change-over waste. Various features of the machines also make them more suitable to short run printing, including integration of the company’s Automated Print Control (APC) system. The presses can produce labels and flexible packaging. Short web technology and print sleeves are integrated as standard.
The EXL-packaging press on display at the show has a web width of 22 inches and incorporates APC, Crisp Dot technology for high print definition and
MPS’s Lean Inking system is now available as an option on all of the company’s press lines. It is said to combine the advantages of open and closed inking systems and to result in higher printing speeds and 85 percent reduced ink waste.
